This generation of children is beyond brilliant. Their talents are beyond any other generation, maybe because of technology, maybe not. Maybe it’s their awesome parents ;) Who knows. Just go on youtube and you’ll see. There are some amazing things being demonstrated by kids that can barely even speak fluently.

The system and the medical industry has deemed many of them ADHD because they don't’ want to sit in a classroom and learn the same trivial “facts” that we learned we were growing up. Not that we really even used 90% of it. So they've been given drugs and forced to sit down and be force fed. But this is all wrong.

Every kid has the capacity to be passionate about something. It's up to us to connect them with what that is and send them on their way towards mastery of it, before they get jaded or sidetracked into some kind of trouble.

Whether it be music, painting, gardening, engineering, athletics, or what ever it is that gets them fired up like I got fired up when I was in my early teens excited about playing guitar, we need to encourage this generation to find their muse.

Truth of The matter is, I don't know where I will be right now if I didn't have music in my life when I was growing up. I can only imagine what I would've done if I didn't have desire to go home in practice instead of going out and getting in trouble because I was bored. I had a lot of anxious energy when I was younger I didn't have the instrument to take that energy out on I probably would've done something less productive.

I feel a sense of obligation to take what I know and share it with and inspire this generation.
I believe in the good things coming. But I am a realist, and know that it takes time for real changes to occur on the level that they need to be in order to turn this ship around. These children are a key component for positive change. That's why I feel it's very important for us to reach out to this generation and help them get connected with their passion or the instrument of their choice so that they can get to playing and divert that “ADHD” Energy towards something that they are really interested in.

MUSE 4 CHANGE has a double meaning. Our mission is to take your change and create change. We believe there are kids out there that just don't have the means or know-how to get the tools they need to start their journey. Some aren't even sure what their journey is yet, and that's okay. It may even be more than just one thing. It is our mission to inspire them to find it and get them the tools to be successful at it. Is your child a potential virtuoso? Do they already know what they're good at? Do they already know what they want to be good at, or are they kind of aimlessly just doing whatever gets placed in front of him? Because that is very dangerous for their future.

I have been a professional musician for over 10 years, and a proficient guitar player for over 20. I have made connections in this industry in learned a thing or two about what it takes to be successful. I have used my abilities to take me to different countries and to make a name for myself locally with my talent. But I wasn't what you would call a natural. I had to work hard to cultivate my skills. I would practice sometimes more than eight hours a day. I fell asleep with my instrument in my hand because I had a burning desire. That's what I want to give to this generation so that they can access their burning desires and accelerate towards their dreams with the least amount of obstacles.

M4C Will do everything it can to connect interested youth with the tools and teachers that will enable them to pursue their dreams.

Working to put proper tools into the hands of aspiring artists. Offering the seed from which inspiration may blossom
